Do Not Drink … Gamble!
If you like to have a drink occasionally, keep your cash out of the casino if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your purse, your wallet, and keep all cash, plastic credit and cheques back at the hotel. Grab only the cash you intend to use on beverages, tipping and few dollars you expect to burn and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You might have a win following a boozy night out with your comrades and be blessed enough to catch a 25 minute toss at a hot craps game. Hang on to that story considering that it is as brief as it gets if you continuously drink and bet. The two just do not go well together.
Leaving your moola at home might be a little drastic, but preventative measures for drastic behavior is necessary. If you gamble to succeed, then don’t drink and gamble. If you like to toss aside your cash without a concern, then consume all the complimentary booze you are able to handle, but do not carry plastic credit and checkbooks to throw into the mix of chasing losses after your inebriated brain throws away every little thing!
Allow me to carry this one step further. do not drink and then jump on the web to gamble in your best-liked casino either. I love to beer from the coziness of my apartment, but seeing that I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit at my fingertips, I can’t consume alcohol and bet.
Why? Even though I don’t drink to excess, once I drink, it’s certainly enough to blur my judgment. I gamble, so I do not drink alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t gamble at the same time. Both make for a ferocious, and costly, cocktail.
